Our forums are here to provide a friendly environment, in which you can discuss ideas, seek advice, have fun, report bugs and inform yourself about official announcements. We believe that forums work best when all participants are treated with respect. We ask you to inform yourself about the forum rules and to behave in a civilized manner when participating in these forums to ensure a friendly, positive and fun place for everyone.

Our admins and moderators will assist in guaranteeing a harmonious environment and therefore are given the right to enforce mentioned rules, and have final decisions on all matters. Please note that we reserve the right to amend and modify rules at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to keep updated on forum rules.

In general, we want to encourage friendly and fun discussions for our games and community. This includes players of all age, backgrounds and groups. This is not to prevent complaints, concerns or opposing opinions. We are very interested in that and it is one of the main reasons the forum exists even. We appreciate them very highly! We do believe though that this is possible without being mean to each other. With this we hope to make it a fun experience for our awesome community.

Mistakes can happen. You will receive a friendly message in topic or per PM, if we see that rules were not followed. But if you continue to misbehave in the forum, you will receive 1 official warning to change your behaviour. If you continue to misbehave you might be silenced (can’t post or start topics) or suspended (cannot access the forum). The length of these measures might vary depending on the frequency and severity of the violations.

For severe cases such as strong toxic behaviour, sharing exploit and cheat information and sharing pornographic or illegal content, spamming of advertisements or similar, we reserve the right to directly apply a permanent suspension without further notice.

  1. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful or toxic, rude, harassing, obscene (this includes offensive language of any sort including simulated, insinuated and abbreviated swearing), profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. This also applies to uploaded images or videos, user profiles and avatars.

  2. Respect our forum. Don’t post spam or otherwise vandalize the forum.

  3. Do not attempt to claim to represent or speak on behalf of Flaregames, Keen Flare or any other associated companies, if you are not an employee or moderator. Do not deliberately and/or maliciously spread false information about our games, moderators or employees.

  4. Discussion or promotion of products, free gem, or third party gem sites, competitors’ games, illegal activities, non-Flaregame related businesses and organizations, drug references, music/intellectual property piracy is strictly prohibited. This includes any discussions on how to run any of our games outside officially supported platforms.

  5. Discussing the abuse or exploitation of service platform, payment, refund, rating or similar systems is strictly prohibited.

  6. You are responsible for abiding by moderator and staff warnings and infractions against you, within a topic or made via PM. Ignoring warnings and/or infractions given to yourself or other forum members can result in further infractions or a suspension of your forum account. Remember, all mod and staff decisions are final.

  7. Do not create deliberately provocative or insincere posts, or use click-bait titles. Trolling is always prohibited.

  8. You may not discuss publicly any (e.g disciplinary) actions taken by staff, moderators or support such as banning, closing forum topics, deleting forum posts / topics, etc. Also, posting publicly any private messages / emails, regardless of topic, you have received from either staff, moderators or support is prohibited. If you have questions about (disciplinary) staff actions please send a private message to @Madlen (for Royal Revolt 2) or @CaptainMorgan (for Olympus Rising).

  9. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board.

  10. You may not post anything digital that belongs to someone else without permission. You may not post descriptions of, links to, or methods for stealing someone’s intellectual property (software, video, audio, images), or for breaking any other law.

  11. Should you be banned from the game permanently, our forums staff or customer care can also ban your forums account as a consequence.

:no_entry: The undesirable:

  1. Multiple or repeated posting of the same topic or post is not allowed. If a topic or reply has been trashed or closed, you should not post it again. Duplicate threads or replies will be deleted, moved or closed.

  2. Users are permitted only one forum account. Creating multiple accounts may result in a permanent ban of all accounts without further notice.

  3. You may not use animated GIFs as your avatar or in your signature.

  4. If you want to report in-game cheating behaviour please send a private message to @Madlen (Royal Revolt 2) or @CaptainMorgan (Olympus Rising). Name and shame in any other party of the forum will not be allowed and contents be removed.

  5. Do not tag staff in any posts with the exception of @Madlen (Royal Revolt 2 forums), @CaptainMorgan (Olympus Rising forums). Please be mindful whenever you are using the tag function.

  6. Old topics should not be resurrected without sufficient cause or significant new information. (“Necromancering”)

:white_check_mark: The desirable:

  1. If you see a problem flag it! With your help, moderators can be community facilitators, not just janitors or police. When you see bad behavior, don’t reply. It encourages the bad behavior by acknowledging it, consumes your energy, and wastes everyone’s time. Just flag it. If enough flags accrue, action will be taken, either automatically or by moderator intervention.

In order to maintain our community, moderators reserve the right to remove any content and any user account for any reason at any time.

:gift_heart: The make it look nice and fitting:

  1. Help keeping the forum tidy! Make the effort to put things in the right place, so that we can spend more time discussing and less cleaning up. Topics in the wrong category may be moved, closed or deleted. So:
  • Don’t start a topic in the wrong category.
  • Don’t cross-post the same thing in multiple topics.
  • Don’t post no-content replies.
  • Don’t divert a topic by changing it midstream.
  • Don’t sign your posts – every post has your profile information attached to it.
  • Rather than posting “+1” or “Agreed,” use the Like button. But, if you want to explain why you like/dislike something, please do. That is very valuable!
  • Rather than taking an existing topic in a radically different direction, use Reply as a New Topic. (Don’t go off-topic).
  • Use the standard formatting.
  1. These forums are English only. If you post in another language than in English your post might get deleted, moved or locked. However, in the Alliance subforums (search alliance and search players), feel free to use the language you prefer.

:warning: The we want to be safe:

  1. We do not remove posts or accounts of other players on request.

  2. We do not monitor private messages actively. However, we have the technical possibility of checking them if reported for abuse.

  3. Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

  4. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to flag the content. We do not scan the messages proactively for infringing or objectionable content. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we are informed and determine that removal is necessary.

  5. We do not assume any responsibility for third party links and do not endorse the content behind those links.

  6. We delete users who have not activated their account (verified their email) or inactive users (trust level 0 without any posts) after 365 days.
