Alliance member didn't receive unique item


I’m submitting a report on behalf of an alliance member.


They opened a titan chest today and received a unique item which clearly shows in the alliance messages.  However, the item is not showing up in their inventory.  Can someone please have a look and see what the issue is?  The player name is Aham Brahmasmi and the item was supposed to be a Bow of Odysseus.

Can post a screenshot of the alliance message and the item if required.
