Connection issues

I am using Olympus Rising on my iPad 4. I purchased some gems using the in-app purchase. from 25th May onwards, I have not been able to connect to the game. My Wifi signals are fine. I used another iPad to play with another user id and that works fine so far.

I have been in touch with support and have given them my old username but they have not helped me so far. 

Can the gems that I purchased with on my old username be transferred to my new username?

Yes. I got a message saying that there was suspicious activity on my account. That is ridiculous. If I planned to cheat, I wouldn’t have bought a medium gem package. So please re-instate my account or refund my money.
