Crash issues on iOS - 23/03/2016

Hello Kings & Queens,

Currently you may encounter some issues on iOS.

After starting the game (if you updated to the version 2.1), you may encounter a crash when arriving in Town.

We are currently working on the issue.

Sorry for the troubles and thank you for your patience.

Hello everyone,

While waiting for a fix from the team, you can try to reinstall the game completely, it should fix the issue.

Please be careful and verify that you are connected to Gamecenter and iCloud before doing so, so your progress is safe.

In order to be connected to iCloud, you can do the following: Go to your device settings and scroll down until you see “iCloud”. There, tap on Apple ID. If you already have an account, simply log in. If you don’t have an account yet, create your own new Apple ID. Enter Royal Revolt 2. The game should now force a iCloud pop-up. Please follow the instructions on the screen to connect your account to iCloud. Also be sure to enter the Royal Revolt 2 settings menu and tick the checkbox next the cloud symbol. From now on, your game progress will be saved automatically via iCloud.

You will just have to play through the first battle of the tutorial before being prompted to recover your account.

Hello Kings & Queens,

The team has been able to find out what is the issue and this should be fixed shortly.

On iOS, if you were connected to Facebook before the update, this could create an issue after the update to 2.1, which leads to a crash.

If you were NOT connected to Facebook before updating to 2.1, you will not encounter this issue.

Only players who already logged into Facebook from within Royal Revolt 2 before the update 2.1 can encounter this crash.

Thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello,

Unfortunately we are not able to release a hotfix at this time, due to a separate matter which is impeding us.

Please use one of the workarounds mentioned above, preferably this one if possible:
