QUESTIONABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE:/:/:/:/

I lost my I’d few days ago and I sent a ticket to flare regarding this matter.but they are not even responding.i started playing again after a long break but I don’t think flare is even interested in getting its players back.this is worst customer service support.I provided them more than enough proof.tomorrow I will get inactive.i will loose my leadership and alliance which I had built in two whole damn years.
