Shoddy service.. !!

I complained nearly 20 days ago… !! I even had resubmitted my complaint 10 days back but i still haven’t gotten my account back. What to do ? I’ve given all the details but to no avail… 


From what the support team told me, they already answered to you on Zendesk.

Here’s a screenshot of the reply. I wasn’t complaining that they’ve not replied… It was about the time being taken. How long does it normally take to restore a lost account…???
