  1. Tried everything up to a Factory Reset of my phone and the answer I get from Flare support to my ticket is a link to Android support.. On the support page of the link Flare sent me it says to contact the app developers when an app is crashing or not working properly: https://support.google.com/android/answer/2668665?hl=en&ref_topic=7340498# I have also contacted LG (my phone manufacturer) and this was their answer: "No rights can be derived from the use of third party apps. Android offers the app providers only a platform to which the apps can be added. We have nothing to say about the content of the apps. We can only give the requirements that such an app must meet to guarantee the proper working of it." I don't know what else I can do but rollback the entire Android update which is an incredibly complicated and tedious progress and likely to cause other problems in my phone and warranty. The game has become unplayable for me now with constant crashing and there is nothing I can think of that I can do to fix it. Flare doesn't seem to want to take responsibility for the crashing and support is not answering my emails. There's at least 2 of us and I'm sure there are more having the same problem! If you have an LG G6 phone with the latest Oreo update please post in this topic about having or not having any problems so we can try find out what is wrong.   2. I've been playing for a few days and i had to restart my phone and re download all my apps but my game data didn't synchronize with my Google Play account. I already ascended once in the game and my game was connected with my Facebook Account and Google Play.
  3. hi every one recently i had Microsoft device with certain account my device broken , so i decide to buy new device, this time an android device. how i can play with my Microsoft account in android device? i want continue to play with that account in this new device
  4. It was working and all of a sudden couldn't connect just after a raid. I tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app as well but it doesn't work still. Some problem in server where android devices connect?

    Sound dissappearing

    Didnt see this here so.. I've noticed that the sound keeps "stopping" or turning off randomly. It seems to be happening when i have left the game for a while, but can be fixed by force closing the app and starting it again. I have tried turning sound options on and off in-game, but no luck. After force close and restart all sound works fine, for a day or so. Then it dissappears again. This was encountered on the latest version of the game on an unrooted galaxy s7 on android 6.0.1.

  8. Hello I'm a huge addict of this game but Before I buy anything I would Like to know a few things. How does saving work with the game? How does it save a file on Apple? How does it save a file on Android? It the save only local for Apple? Is the save only local for Android? Will my purchases be stored if I delete the game and want to play it again? Will my progress ever be deleted for any reason? What happens if I buy the dragon bundle, and I die? Will my dragon die too or is it like an item? Anyways Great Game and I hope I get a reply, Awesome game you guys, I just hope the game saves in a proper place because I don't see anywhere where is saves to the cloud, google playstore, facebook, or anywhere else.
  9. Yesterday I went to visit a friend, her son plays RR2 on an Ipad. I watched as he ran out of food, refilled his silo three times by watching videos and making raids, he also added a few extra gems by watching tapjoy videos. Sat right next to him I also ran out of food, had an option to watch a video, did so and ... nothing happened went back to the attack screen, then when I retried there were no more offers! I also went to tapjoy, watched a video, it finished .. no gems! My question is RR geared more towards iOS than any other platform, I have only once ever managed to get food from watching a video on my android device, although I have managed to collect a few gems watching them on tapjoy. It can't be country oriented as I was sat next to someone as this happened. So maybe there is a hierarchy in terms of RR2 users iOS, then Android and finally windows users, as we all seem to be treated differently.
  10. I have been playing RR2 on my windows phone until today. I broke the screen and it has been rendered useless. I have now bought a new phone, but it is running Android platform. So my first question is this: Will I still be able to play with my old alliance/friends on my new phone (android) And 2: Will flaregames be able to restore my lost account from my windows phone over to my new android? D:
