These are the new main forum rules. Detailed rules are also described in staff posts, moderator posts and warnings that may be received. The forum rules are updated when needed and although you may have not agreed to the updated rules when signing up, you are agreeing to all updated or added rules. Staff and moderators have final sayings on all matters, and their decisions are not to be discussed. _ _ _ In general, we want to encourage friendly and fun discussions for our games and community. This includes players of all age, backgrounds and groups. This is not to prevent complaints, concerns or opposing opinions. We are very interested in that and it is one of the main reasons the forum exists even. We appreciate them very highly! We do believe though that this is possible without being mean to eachother. With this we hope to make it a fun experience for our awesome community. _ _ _ The following rules may not be exhaustive and may not address all manners of offensive behaviour. The staff and moderators have full discretion to reflect on any inappropriate behaviour. You will receive 1 official warning to change your behaviour. After that a permanent forum ban will be applied. We reserve the right to evaluate each incident on a case by case basis. The policy is not language restricted. _ _ _ 1. We will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks, harassment, name & shame, national hatred, real-life threats, national slurs, or purposeless inflammatory posts. Moderator and staff decisions are final in these matters. Any abuse towards our staff, moderators and/or admins in any form will not be tolerated. This includes spamming and trolling. 2.We will not tolerate inappropriate, sexual, vulgar, discriminatory or offensive language of any sort, this includes simulated, insinuated and abbreviated swearing. This is a family friendly forum. Moderators and staff have a final say in what is and isn't inappropriate. 3. Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed. Also, please refrain from posting spam, like pure gibberish, and to create off-topic posts within threads. 4. Multiple or repeated posting of the same thread or topic is not allowed. If a thread or reply has been trashed or closed, you should not post the same thread again. 5. Do not attempt to claim to represent or speak on behalf of Flaregames, Keen Flare or any other associated companies, if you are not an employee or moderator. Do not deliberately and/or maliciously spread false information about our games, moderators or employees. 6. Discussion or promotion of products, free gem, or third party gem sites, competitors' games, illegal activities, non-Flaregame related businesses and organizations, drug references, music/intellectual property piracy is strictly prohibited. This includes any discussions on how to run any of our games outside officially supported platforms. Discussing the abuse or exploitation of service platform, payment, refund, rating or similar systems is strictly prohibited. 8. Users are permitted only one forum account. Creating multiple accounts may result in a permanent ban of all accounts. 9. These forums are English only. However, in the Alliance subforums (search alliance and search players), feel free to use the language you prefer. 10. You may not use animated GIFs as your avatar or in your signature. 11. We do not remove posts or accounts of other players on request. 12. Only report posts that you are sure violate forum rules or contain questionable content. Do not spam or overuse the report tool (what constitutes spam/overuse is up to interpretation of mods/staff) as this distracts from the productivity of our moderators and employees and can result in a ban. 13. We do not monitor private messages. 14. Always post in the proper forums. Not doing so can result in your post being trashed, moved or closed. You are responsible for making yourself familiar with the forum rules and sticking to them. 15. Staff members and moderators may ban forum members without prior notice if they detect toxic behaviour. 16. You are responsible for abiding by moderator and staff warnings and infractions against you, within a thread or made via PM. Ignoring warnings and/or infractions given to yourself or other forum members can result in further infractions or a ban of your forum account. Remember, all mod and staff decisions are final. 17. You may not discuss publicly any (e.g disciplinary) actions taken by staff, moderators or support such as banning, closing forum threads, deleting forum posts / threads, etc. Also, posting publicly any private messages / emails, regardless of topic, you have received from either staff, moderators or support is prohibited. If you have questions about disciplinary actions please send a private message to Madlen. 18. Do not create deliberately provocative or insincere posts, or use click-bait titles. Trolling is always prohibited. 19. Old threads should not be resurrected without sufficient cause or significant new information. Please do not necro old posts. 20. Do not tag staff in any posts. Make the content of your thread be valuable to read. Staff will read it automatically and act accordingly. This does not need any further reaffirmation from staff that actions have been taken (for example a bug has been reported). ___ Thank you! Madlen

We are kindly asking you to take note of our forum rules and act accordingly to ensure a friendly, positive and fun place for everyone. Our admins and moderators will assist in guaranteeing a harmonious environment and therefore are given the right to enforce mentioned rules, and have final decisions on all matters. Please note that we reserve the right to amend and modify rules at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to keep updated on forum rules. Users violating forum rules can be banned, and inappropriate content be removed at any time and without prior warning. The length of the ban might vary depending on the frequency and severity of the violation. All decisions made by our staff or moderators are final. All members should take notice of the rules below before starting to interact on the flaregames forums: 1. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding any form of harassment, insult, personal attack, or inflammatory posting targeted at members, staff or any other person interacting on the forums. We will also not tolerate any offensive, sexual, racist, vulgar or discriminatory language and posts on the forums. Moderators and admins have the right to delete such content and to ban accounts of violators without prior warning. 2. Abuse in any form directed at our moderators, admins or staff will not be tolerated. 3. Our forums are in English language only. Please refrain from using another language. You may communicate in other languages in appropriate sub-forums, areas or threads, such as clan or alliance forums. 4. You may only create one account for the forums. Violation of that rule might result in all of your accounts getting banned. 5. Do not claim to represent or speak on behalf of flaregames or any of its affiliates. You may not spread false or malicious information about flaregames, its affiliates, products, staff or moderators. 6. Please refrain from spamming or bumping in any form. Commercial and nonsensical spam will be removed immediately and offenders’ accounts may be banned without prior warning. Duplicate threads or replies will be deleted, moved or closed. 7. You may not under any circumstances discuss or post information or links on the following: - hacks, exploits, abuses or any other illegal activities for any game or service (including payment, rating and refund platforms) operated by flaregames or its affiliates. - third party sites that offer free gems, currency, items or similar for any game released by flaregames or its affiliates. - pornography. - piracy of copyrighted material or intellectual property. - competitor’s games or products. 8. You are responsible for posting your topics or threads in the correct forums. Your content may get deleted or moved if not posted in correct forums. 9. Do not abuse, spam or overuse the report function and only report incidents or players that are truly violating the forum rules. Misuse of the service might result in a temporary ban of your account. 10. You may not use graphics in your signature. We generally do not allow animated GIFs on the forums, be it in signatures, posts or as avatars. 11. You may not discuss disciplinary actions by the staff, admins or moderators publicly. This includes – but is not limited to – actions such as account banning or deletion of posts and threads. 12. Please be fair and don’t hijack other people’s topics. Stay on topic and don’t start a new debate in the middle of a thread dedicated to another issue. 13. Our staff, admins or moderators will not delete content or accounts on request. 14. Disregarding warnings or infractions given to you by our staff, admins or moderators can result in further consequences, such as the ban of your account. 15. Should you be banned from the game permanently, our forums staff or customer care can also ban your forums account as a consequence. 16. All aforementioned rules do also apply to private messages. We will investigate any report sent in concerning abuse via private messages. However, our staff, admins or moderators are not obligated to read or reply to private messages. You may not publicly post private messages in any form without written permission from the original sender. 17. Please note that the forums are not a customer support channel. However, we do encourage you to report all your account and/or payment issues to our customer care at http://feedback.flaregames.com. They will help you as quickly as possible.
