Gem Purchase & Monthly Gem Package issues on Android

Hello everyone,

We are aware of some issues preventing players from purchasing Gems from the in-game Shop or collecting the Daily Gems from the Monthly Gem Package on Android devices.

We are currently looking into those issues and we will keep you posted as soon as we have further information on this matter.

Our apologies for the frustration caused by those issues.

Hello everyone,

The store issue has been fixed and you should now be able to access the store and buy products again.

A compensation with the appropriate number of gems has been sent out to all users who were not able to collect their Daily Gems for the Monthly Gem Package due to the shop outage. The gems were/will be automatically added to your account on restart of the game.

In case you still haven't received the uncollected gems or have further questions about this, please feel free to contact our Customer Support.

We apologize for the frustration.
