Payment Issues

Please note that we cannot handle payment issues here on the official Dawn of Steel Forums. This is due to privacy reasons.


If you have problems with or questions about your orders, please get directly in touch with us via our Customer Care web form at http://feedback.flaregames.com.
It is very important that you choose "Payment Issue" as issue type. Please do not use "Bug". Otherwise, the processing of your inquiry will delay!



Before reporting a payment / order delivery issue:

  • If you haven’t received your ordered goods, please wait at least 24 hours before reporting this to our support. Sometimes, the delivery of virtual goods can take some time. In the meanwhile, it is not necessary for you to try doing the same purchase again. Please note that it is not possible for us to refund such additional purchases.
  • Try force-closing and re-starting the Dawn of Steel app. In some cases, this helps finishing your transaction.


If you report a payment issue after 24 hours via http://feedback.flaregames.com, please be sure to include the following information:

  • Mention in your description what precise items you ordered and weren't delievered.
  • Include a full copy of your receipt as text.


Please understand that we cannot process your inquiry without a full and valid receipt.


All topics about payment issues on the forums will be either closed or deleted.
